AYSO REGION 677
VOLUNTEER REFEREE POINT SYSTEM
U10/U12
- The
home team must provide two certified referees (one to AR and one to
center) and the visiting team must provide one certified referee to AR for
the game after their children’s
game .
- If
your team is scheduled for the last game of the day, then your team is
responsible for covering the first
game of the day with the above number of certified referees.
- We
recommend that the certified referee not
be the coach (the referee should be a parent in order to allow the coach
to debrief his team at the end of each match).
- 1
point will be awarded per week
for teams that meet their referee requirement.
- If a
team defaults on more than 6 referee points, then the team will not be
eligible for area playoffs.
